Keystone Education Group will have a strong presence throughout EAIE 2025, with a variety of activities, panels, and events lined up for the week. We're excited to contribute to the conversation around innovation and student engagement, and to connect with institutions from around the world.

Keystone 5K Run

The week kicks off bright and early on Wednesday, 10 September with the Keystone 5K Run, starting at 06:45 AM at the gates of Trädgårdsföreningen (The Garden Society). It’s a great way to energize your day, meet fellow attendees, and take in some of Gothenburg’s beautiful green space. Participants can register online, and free t-shirts will be available while supplies last.

Also on Wednesday, the exhibition floor opens from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and attendees can collect their conference badges starting from 07:30 AM. This is a great day to get settled, explore the venue, and connect with colleagues before the main session program kicks off.

Live Session

On Thursday, 11 September, Keystone will host a live panel session from 09:30 to 10:30 AM titled "Cracking the Code: What students really want (or don’t) from your university marketing". This interactive session will feature expert insights from representatives of Tampere University (Finland) and Edge Hill University (UK). Together, we'll explore how student expectations are shifting and what this means for institutional marketing strategies.

Beyond Abroad Launch

Later that day, from 14:00 to 15:30, Keystone will officially unveil Beyond Abroad at Booth Q49—a bold new chapter in global student mobility. Beyond Abroad unites three of Europe’s most established study abroad agencies—Blueberry, Asia Exchange, and SONOR—into one powerhouse brand, forming one of the largest study abroad agencies in Europe.

To celebrate the launch, attendees are invited to have drinks, cake, merch giveaways, and a raffle, where institutions can win four full study abroad scholarships.

Whether you're joining our sessions, celebrating new initiatives, or just stopping by for a conversation, we’re looking forward to seeing you in Gothenburg!
